Nataki Tomt, my upstander, is a wound care specialist. Serving Glendora and many cities around it. She supports members of skilled nurse homes, rehab, assisted living facilities, and the homeless. Before she went to school to become a specialist, she a mental health therapist. Working for a foster family and adoption agency, giving support to children 18 and younger. Nataki worked alongside a psychiatrist, which started her interest in the nursing side of mental health. Nataki Tomt is an upstander because she is the patient's advocate. It is her job to make sure all their needs are met and ensure that they have a voice. She also lets what is being done to them and what's being done for them.

♡ What does it mean to be an upstander? ♡
II think an upstander is a person who can spot an act of wrong or injustice and take a stand against it. Say you did nothing, you are now a bystander, but a person who is willing to stop it is an upstander. In the word Upstander see the word up. I think this means a lot because like I stated if you are willing to rise from everyone else to stop injustice.
